I ordered from m8x.com and, for the most part, the product details were accurate. The size and main features matched what I expected, and the pictures were close enough that I wasn’t surprised when it arrived.
I don’t know why, but one of the specs was worded a little differently from what I actually got, so I ended up double-checking it. It wasn’t a big deal in the end, just something that could’ve been clearer. Overall, it was fine, just not totally perfect.

I ordered from m8x.com and had mixed feelings when it arrived. The actual item seemed like it could’ve been fine, but the box was crushed, barely taped, and looked like it had been packed in a hurry.

Shipping can definitely be rough, so I don’t want to blame them for every dent, but the item had marks from sliding around inside, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected more care, and I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless they improve the packaging

I tried to place an order on m8x.com, but once I got to the payment page, I just didn’t feel comfortable. Maybe everything is totally fine and other people won’t mind, but I ended up backing out and ordering somewhere else. I think they really need to make the checkout feel more secure and transparent if they want people to feel okay paying there

Switching pages would hang a lot. Charts lagged too. I also got logged out twice while checking positions. Not ideal.
Support did reply. The answers were basic though. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t use it daily right now

I haven’t had random downtime, pages load when I need them to, and the one time I reached out to support, they got back to me quickly. Nothing flashy, but it’s been reliable so far, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

They did end up fixing my issue, so I’ll give them that, but it took way longer than I expected. What should’ve been maybe a day or two felt more like a week or so. Glad it’s solved, just wish it hadn’t dragged on so much.
